For assistants & helpers

Brief your assistant without writing the brief

Whether it's a PA, a VA, or the person who helps you run the shop — the bottleneck is always the same: getting what's in your head into their hands. Offload turns a spoken minute into their task list.

The briefing problem

Delegating is supposed to save time, but writing it all down is a job in itself — so things stay on your plate, or arrive as a voice note someone has to decode.

With Offload you just talk. The invoice chase, the travel booking, the supplier call — one recording becomes separate, categorised tasks, and each one goes to the right person with a push notification.

How it works

Talk through the list once

Say everything that needs doing in one recording — mixed topics are fine, that's the point.

It arrives as separate tasks

Offload splits and categorises using the context of your actual work — your clients, your suppliers, your words.

Assign each task

Pick who does what. It lands on their list with a push notification — no email thread, no screenshot of a note.

See progress without asking

Sent → Seen → Done replaces “where are we on that?” Your helper ticks things off as they go.

Common questions

Does my assistant need an account?

You send them an invite link; they join your workspace and get the Offload iPhone app. Their side is deliberately simple — their tasks plus a record button.

Can I have more than one helper?

Yes. Invite as many people as you need and choose who each task goes to when you send it.

What does my assistant see?

Only the tasks you've sent them — not your whole inbox. They can also record notes back to you, which arrive in your inbox already transcribed and sorted.

What happens to the original recording?

Your voice note is transcribed into tasks and stored securely so it can be played back if wording matters. See our privacy policy for the details.

How much does Offload cost?

Offload is free during early access.
